A whole store devoted to citrus fruit and baking, have possibly found my spiritual home at @agoramarche in #yawatahama #ehimeprefecture in #japan and hoping this will be one of the central meeting and eating places at next years Japanese Festival of Marmalade together with @marmaladeawards. There’s a strong organic and biodynamic edge to the produce sold here, and am still kicking myself for not buying lots of locally grown rice to bring back (very hard to find Japanese-grown rice in London).
