An extraordinary workshop organised by the oven manufacturing giants at Salva Industrial brought us closer together and helped us better understand what we share in our craft of artisan baking: from the skills needed to create the best bread, through to the high calibre Salva ovens that makes our work reliable and enticing. Our Salva day brought together great baking talents from all over Spain to look at how we move forward, what the future for artisan bakers in Spain could be, and how all these possibilities can be achieved. Together we can do much much more.
