Sourdough pizza with broccoli & anchovies, spooned onto the top once the sauce-only pizza is out of the oven. Dough is very aerated with a mix of stoneground wholemeal and roller-milled white, and more of a focaccia dough than regular pizza. The best way to eat broccoli. Used an excellent organic Spanish @lorussofood olive oil from Andalucía on the dough and broccoli given to me by Lorusso y Sáez (who also make fantastic marmalade).
