Tasting #mikanorange (mandarin) sake liquor

Tasting #mikanorange (mandarin) sake liquor through to the refined fruity Umebijin Junmai Daiginjo sake (a heady 17% alcohol) made by Hideki Ueda at Ume-Bijin brewery in #Yawatahama. A little gentle classical music (sometimes Chopin) is played very quietly to the tanks as the sake ages. Am now thinking about sake and citrus cocktails, will have to get some mixolologists on the case for the 2019 Japanese Festival of Marmalade @marmaladeawards
